Our stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is ideally located across from The Island, making it super convenient for exploring the area. We enjoyed the pools and the cleanliness of our room but experienced some staff issues at the reception that affected our check-in. Overall, it was a decent experience, but noisy nights and uncomfortable beds made it less than ideal.

I had a really wonderful stay, especially given the warm welcome from the staff and the spacious, clean room I was given. The location is fantastic, being right across the street from The Island, making it super convenient for sightseeing. While I enjoyed my experience, I did encounter some staff that were less than friendly, which took away a bit from the overall vibe. The breakfast options were great, but could have had a bit more variety.
